ONE OF THE MOST INSIDUOUS, PERVASIVE SOURCES OF STRESS TODAY
As a coach, I spend a lot of time on my cordless phone/headset. And it ended up causing me to be abnormally tired and mentally foggy (which I figured out after a fair bit of research and a bit of luck).
I was surprised at how much scientific evidence there is, on the detrimental effect of telecommunication and electronic devices. They affect not just our physical health, but also our emotional stability, stamina, and mental clarity; in short, our ability to maintain great work performance and to enjoy life. That’s part of the reason why many of us are so stressed and tired. Yet we are all dependent on cell phones, computers, etc..
Turns out that modern technology has also provided the answer in the form of products we can use to protect ourselves from these unfortunate side effect. They worked so well for me I’m now spreading the word to everyone. I recommend you check out the following websites:

My philosophy is: this stressor is so easy to eliminate, why not do it? I guess it’s part of modern living, like drinking filtered or bottle water instead of tap water.
